If there’s one thing that brings communities together — it’s sport. Which is why Holden started the Home Ground Advantage program in 2014 — to help grass roots sport grow. We know how difficult it can be to raise funds for projects like facility upgrades, new uniforms, equipment and even develop exceptional talent. With HGA we make it easier for your club to turn possibilities into reality!
Real clubs, real stories, HGA makes a real difference. Don’t believe us? Check out the impact HGA has had on these local sporting clubs.

Basically, any sporting club or community organisation that runs or supports sporting activities can apply. Register your interest to receive a notification when the next round opens.
You just need to apply for vouchers by filling in the form. But if you’re applying for a grant, you’ll need to tell us the big dream – and how you’ll spend the money making it happen. Here's what you’ll need to tell us:
To apply, you'll have to wait until June 1st for the Winter Round to open. Click the 'Register your interest' button and we'll keep you in the loop.
You can apply for any amount up to the full $250,000 - but it would have to be an exceptional project for us to award all the funds to a single club. Keep in mind, the average value awarded so far is $12,500.
We want the grants to have the biggest impact they can.

Yes. We encourage you to apply again as each round is very different and assessed independently of previous rounds. Not being successful in one round doesn’t impact your chances of success in future rounds.
Home Ground Advantage grants are exclusive of GST. Where the grant recipient is registered for GST, Holden will pay the grant and the applicable GST. Where the grant recipient is not registered for GST, the GST amount will not be added to the grant.
