We’re proudly driving diversity

Companies aren’t logos, or buildings, or car brands. Companies are made of people, and the people who make up Holden come from all walks of life. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’re for mobility and freedom

These concepts go to the very heart and soul of what we do as an automotive company, so it makes sense that we actively address any accessibility barriers at Holden through our Disability Action Plan. For any employee affected by disability, either personally or through a loved one, we promise to be as accessible, flexible and supportive as we can.

Here’s what we’re doing:

Actively working

to develop an understanding of any employee who identifies as being affected by disability, and the barriers they face.

our recruitment and employment process to attract and keep people of all ability levels.

Becoming ‘disability confident’

so that all customers affected by disability receive service that’s both helpful and respectful.

Home Ground Advantage

Through our Holden Home Ground Advantage grants program, we’ve also been able to improve accessibility in community sport, awarding the NSW Powerchair Football Association $100K to purchase new powerchairs so more players can participate.
