The age spectrum of our Holden team ranges from first-year interns to employees with over 40 years of dedicated service. We’ve had generations of families who’ve called Holden home, and we love to see projects enhanced by the collective thinking of our cross-generational teams.
We have a range of wellbeing initiatives that educate our people about physical, emotional and mental health. We incorporate external partnerships, internal activities and facilities, like our on-site gyms, for the many needs of a modern workplace.

Our Internship Program develops future leaders by giving them access to our current leaders. Interns experience every aspect of Holden, spending time with teams across the business. (These are the people we’ll all be working for one day).
