About our program

Our 12-month industry placement starts in January of each year and is a valuable career booster that takes you one step closer to landing your dream job on graduation. It's open to eligible undergraduates from a range of different business areas, so you'll share this world-class experience with people from all kinds of backgrounds.

The Co-operative Student Program offers you hands-on experience contributing to a real project, skills development, the chance to network across our national team and the opportunity to work with top professionals in your field.


    To be eligible for our program, students will:

  • Be completing an undergraduate degree within a relevant discipline
  • Have full time working rights within Australia
  • Have at least one semester of course work to finish upon completion of the placement
  • Be proficient with MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills
  • Be available to commence in January


    Recruitment Process

    Students will initially submit an online application and from here on take part in our co-op recruitment process which consists of the following components:

  • Initial application - Cover letter, CV, Academic transcripts and Portfolio - Design only
  • Phone Screening
  • Assessment Centre
  • Behavioural Interview
  • Reference Check
  • Formal Offer
