Production & Trades
Production staff and qualified tradespeople are essential to the ongoing success of Holden manufacturing operations. These roles form the core business for Holden, producing vehicles and engines for local and export markets. Trades people are required across all areas of the business, not only in production but also in testing and engineering functions. Some of the trades that are critical to our business include motor mechanics, electricians, instrumentation technicians, fitters and turners, welders and toolmakers. Production staff are located at Holden's Engine Operations, Fishermans Bend, Victoria and the Holden Vehicle Operations facility located in Elizabeth, South Australia. The range of opportunities are diverse and cover areas such as body shop, fabrication, paint shop, plastics, press shop and general assembly.
