Holden Service Parts Operations (HSPO) is part of the greater Holden Aftersales Organisation, which means you’ll be working as part of a global organisation that is at the fore front of warehousing whilst ensuring ‘best in class’ customer satisfaction and delivering service parts worldwide in the automotive industry throughout domestic and international markets.

MANY ROLES: ONE TEAM
HSPO Operations: HSPO Operations is a three shift operation that receives, stores and despatches a large range of Holden automotive Service Parts and Accessories - everything from a nut or bolt to a complete engine or large body panel, underpinning a leading class service to despatch customer orders same day.
HSPO Logistics: The Logistics team is responsible for all freight movements, both inbound from suppliers and outbound to customers. We work with third party logistics providers to move freight domestically and internationally utilising various modes of transport including air, sea, road and rail to meet our customer needs.
HSPO Quality Assurance: The Quality Assurance team work with our Suppliers to make sure all product sold is at the highest quality to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
HSPO Business Process: The Business Process team ensures all Domestic and International Dealer Orders are processed, and provides Analysis Reporting to multiple internal customers within the organisation.
HSPO Business Optimisation: The Business Optimisation team works to continuously improve business performance through the use of GM’s Global Manufacturing System (GM-GMS), which incorporates principles such as People Involvement, Standardisation, Continuous Improvement, Short Lead Time, and Built In Quality.
HSPO Order Management: The Order Management team is the main point of contact for Domestic and International parts dealers to expedite the resolution of domestic and export order queries.
HSPO Packaging: The Packaging team ensures parts are packed in appropriate and effective specifications for safe storage and efficient handling and distributed to Holden customers in a quality condition.
