Grand Masters is the ultimate Dealer performance recognition program, measuring sales excellence, customer service, aftersales delivery, training & other Holden quality measures across all areas of the Dealership. Throughout the program, each Dealer must deliver superior results in every facet of the business as they vie for the prestigious title of being a Holden Grand Master, an honour that is bestowed on only 32 Dealers each year.
